ApnaJeet does not accept real-money deposits and does not sell Coins, Gems, or tournament entries for real money.
1. No Real Money Deposits
Users cannot deposit money into ApnaJeet.
Coins and Gems are earned through platform activities such as:
- Daily Login Streaks
- Daily Tasks
- Promotional Activities
- Platform Rewards
2. Refund Eligibility
Since ApnaJeet does not accept real-money deposits, refund requests are generally not applicable.
3. Tournament Participation
Tournament entries made using virtual Coins or Gems are non-refundable.
Coins and Gems have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Reward Distribution
Rewards such as:
- Google Play Redeem Codes
- Gift Cards
- Vouchers
- Sponsored Rewards
are distributed according to tournament rules and verification requirements.
5. Technical Issues
If a user experiences a technical issue affecting tournament participation or reward delivery, ApnaJeet may review the case individually.
Any compensation or replacement reward remains solely at the discretion of ApnaJeet.
6. Fraud Prevention
Refund-related abuse, false claims, or fraudulent activities may result in:
- Reward Cancellation
- Tournament Disqualification
- Account Suspension
- Permanent Ban
